The Marlins claimed Pache off waivers from the Orioles on Friday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
Pache is known for his superb center-field defense but has put up just a .570 OPS through 119 plate appearances this season between the Phillies and Orioles. He could get some run in center field in Miami for a rebuilding Marlins club.
