Mets' Alex Carrillo: Added to roster

The Mets selected Carrillo's contract from Triple-A Syracuse on Tuesday.

Carrillo, 28, earned the promotion after posting a 3.24 ERA and 40:8 K:BB over 25 innings between Double-A Binghamton and Triple-A Syracuse. The hard-throwing righty will be making his major-league debut when/if he gets into a game.
