Mets' James McCann: Sitting for nightcap

McCann is not in the lineup for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Rockies, Deesha Thosar of the New York Daily News reports.

McCann unsurprisingly won't be asked to start twice in one day. He went 1-for-3 at the plate in the afternoon contest. Tomas Nido will catch Joey Lucchesi in the nightcap.
