Pirates' Shea Spitzbarth: Sent back to Triple-A

Spitzbarth was optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday.

Spitzbarth's latest stint on the big-league roster lasted just two days. He gave up a run while recording just two outs Sunday against the Cubs in his lone appearance. He'll make way for Dillon Peters (back), who returns from the injured list to start against the Tigers.
