Rangers' Matt Bush: Needs Tommy John surgery

Bush has a torn UCL and will undergo Tommy John surgery, Levi Weaver of The Athletic reports.

He had surgery to repair a partially torn UCL in September of 2018, and was in the midst of a rehab assignment when it was revealed he needed to have Tommy John surgery. Bush will be out until at least late 2020.
