Rangers' Nick Snyder: Sent down Sunday

Snyder was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday.

Snyder was called up by the Rangers on Friday, but he didn't make any appearances during the team's weekend series in Houston. He'll head back to Round Rock, where he's struck out 12 in 8.2 scoreless innings over 10 relief appearances this year.
