O'Neill is absent from the Red Sox lineup Saturday, which is now understood to be the result of him feeling under the weather. The 29-year-old is not at the ballpark with the team in Texas, and it's unclear how long he could be sidelined. O'Neill can be considered to be day-to-day for the time being.
