Reds' Alejo Lopez: Selected to MLB roster

Cincinnati selected Lopez's contract from Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday.

Lopez is up in the majors for the first time this season after posting a .282/.390/.404 batting line with seven homers and 15 steals across 108 games for Louisville. The 27-year-old can serve as depth at a variety of positions as the Reds try to navigate around several key injuries.
