Reds' Frank German: Outrighted to Triple-A

German was outrighted to Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday.

German passed through waivers unclaimed after being designated for assignment by the Reds earlier this week. He'll remain at Louisville, where he has surrendered eight earned runs through 8.1 innings this year.
