The Yankees recalled Warren from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Saturday.

Warren owns a 9.55 ERA and 1.85 WHIP over 21.2 innings across five big-league starts this season, and it seems likely he'll be available out of the bullpen for New York during the final two games of the regular season. Cody Poteet was optioned to Triple-A in a corresponding move.
