Stevens (illness) has been ruled out for Monday's matchup against the Raptors, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Stevens will miss a third straight game due to an illness. Kevin Love (thumb) and Jarrett Allen (hip) are also out, so Cleveland will likely relay heavily on Robin Lopez, Dean Wade and Cedi Osman against Toronto.
