Mann is starting Monday's game against Utah, Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com reports.
Mann has garnered a bench role since Nov. 9, but he'll get another chance to start with Paul George (hamstring) ruled out. The Florida State product has put up 16 and 14 points in his last two starts, respectively.
