Strus entered COVID-19 protocols Tuesday.
The Heat made the announcement only a half-hour before Tuesday's game against the Wizards tips off, so they'll shuffle the lineup once again and insert Caleb Martin in place of Strus, who started the previous three contests. The DePaul product proved to be a valuable streaming option for fantasy managers, averaging 22.6 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.8 threes over the last five games. He'll now be subject to quarantine for at least the next six days, effectively ruling him out for at least the next four contests.
