Knicks' Evan Fournier: Available Friday

Fournier (ankle) is available for Friday's game against the Heat, Kristian Winfield of the New York Daily News reports.

Despite his availability, Fournier likely won't see the floor Friday. He hasn't been a regular rotation player for the Knicks since the beginning of last season.
