Durant is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against Toronto due to a sore right ankle, Blake Murphy of The Athletic reports.
Earlier Tuesday, the Nets announced that four players -- Jevon Carter, James Johnson, LaMarcus Aldridge and DeAndre' Bembry -- were placed in COVID-19 protocols, and there's now a chance they could also be without their best player as they play the first of four Week 9 contests. If Durant is ultimately held out, Brooklyn would be left with only nine active players, so the situation is worth monitoring closely as game time approaches. Durant is coming off of a masterful, 51-point outburst in Sunday's 116-104 win over the Pistons in Detroit.
