Nuggets' Hunter Tyson: Another absence coming

Tyson (finger) is out for Friday's game versus the Trail Blazers.

Tyson's absence streak will extend to four games Friday due to a left finger sprain. His next chance to suit up is Sunday's matchup with Golden State.
