Hill registered 94 rushing yards over nine carries while corralling all three of his targets for 42 yards during Sunday's 44-27 loss to the Buccaneers. Hill's explosive outing began on his very first play from scrimmage, as the 25-year-old collected a 26-yard catch-and-run to kick off his afternoon midway through the first quarter. He wasn't done there, however, adding a 62-yard scamper on an early fourth-quarter drive that helped momentarily reduced Atlanta's deficit to three points with 8:19 to go. The Falcons couldn't overcome Tampa Bay, ultimately, but HIll ends his fourth NFL season with the second-highest single-game rushing output of his career. Hill provided an excellent 4.7 yards per carry average over 100 attempts, while his 199 receiving yards are his most as a pro. Atlanta's running back situation for next year remains an open book at this stage, with contracts set to expire over the offseason for both Hill and Todd Gurley.

Hill logged 36 yards on seven carries while corralling all three of his targets for 25 yards during Sunday's 17-14 loss to Kansas City. Ito Smith led the way with 10 carries for Atlanta, but Hill garnered more rush attempts than Todd Gurley for a second consecutive game. While Hill has yet to exceed 30 receiving yards in a contest this season, he's contributed multiple receptions in three straight outings as the Falcons prepare for a Week 17 finale against the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay has surrendered an NFL-high 96 receptions to opposing backs this year; however, a league-low 3.2 yards-per-carry average conceded to opposing RBs diminishes expectations.

Hill registered minus-two yards over five carries and caught both of his targets for nine yards during Sunday's 31-27 loss to Tampa Bay. Since gaining 55 yards on 13 carries while earning a Week 12 start against the Raiders, Hill has logged just 11 rush attempts over his past three games for a total of 19 yards. The Falcons were ineffective on the ground against the Buccaneers' top-ranked run defense, collecting 37 team rushing yards over 13 carries. Ito Smith is expected to serve as the lead back over Todd Gurley going forward after gaining 24 yards on six attempts Sunday, leaving Hill to continue filling a complementary RB role.

Hill collected three yards on his lone rush attempt and added a 12-yard reception on his only target during Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Chargers. Ito Smith took over the Falcons backfield as Week 14 progressed, ultimately garnering a team-high 11 attempts on the ground. Hill, meanwhile, saw his workload contained to five or fewer offensive touches for the third time over his past four games. Prior to that, he had carved out a role that yielded an average of eight offensive touches per contest in Weeks 1 through 9.

Hill registered 18 yards on five carries during Sunday's 21-16 loss to the Saints. Hill saw his involvement take a significant dip Sunday after he produced 55 yards over 13 carries during a Week 12 win over the Raiders. Ito Smith, meanwhile, tied Todd Gurley with a position-high nine touches before exiting in the fourth quarter due to a head injury. Hill has drawn eight or more offensive touches in three of his past five games. If Smith sits out Atlanta's Week 14 matchup against the Chargers, the Wyoming product would likely see an uptick to his involvement as a complementary option to Gurley.
