Tynan was reassigned to AHL Colorado on Wednesday.

The Avalanche are short at forward, so Tynan may frequently shuffle between the NHL and AHL in the short term. The 32-year-old played in Wednesday's 5-2 loss to the Lightning but didn't get on the scoresheet.
