Jost registered a pair of assists and a plus-2 rating in Friday's 7-3 win over the Kraken.
Jost's first helper came on a shorthanded Valeri Nichushkin tally in the first period. The 23-year-old Jost also set up Nicolas Aube-Kubel's first goal as an Av in the third period. Through 14 contests, Jost has been limited to four points, 20 shots on net, 16 hits and a plus-2 rating. The Alberta native will remain in a third-line role since his scoring struggles haven't justified a move to a more prominent place in the lineup.
