Devils' Scott Wedgewood: Kept winless by Blue Jackets

Wedgewood allowed three goals on 26 shots in a 4-3 shootout loss to Columbus on Sunday.

Wedgewood lost a 3-2 lead late in the third period when the Devils coughed up the puck in the defensive zone and Boone Jenner buried it to tie things up. Columbus' Jakub Voracek later scored the lone shootout goal, dropping Wedgewood to 0-2-1 on the young season. He owns a 3.19 GAA and .880 save percentage in his three outings.
