Ruutu (undisclosed) won't play Tuesday against the Coyotes, Tom Gulitti of The Record reports.
Ruutu used Monday to receive "maintenance, treatment" and did not practice with the team. As a result, he will skip Tuesday's contest as well. Stefan Matteau will likely draw into the lineup once again in his place against the Coyotes, making his next chance to return Thursday versus the Senators.
