Every man out there knows the pain.

There's nothing you can do but wait it out, hope it doesn't last too long. Unfortunately, Sibley High junior Dan O'Reilly knows the feeling all too well.

During a recent game against South St. Paul, he took a mighty hack at a 1-2 pitch and fouled the ball off -- directly into his own crotch.

O'Reilly didn't try to hide his suffering, jumping out of the batter's box, tossing his helmet in disgust and taking a seat on the field in a state of torture.

Luckily, O'Reilly began to get his vitality back after a minute or so, and he needed to do something to signal to his coaches, teammates and the crowd that he was alright.

"Look at my dab."

Sibley won the game in a blowout, 20-1, but O'Reilly's heroics will never be forgotten. Hopefully after the game he drove directly to the local sporting goods store to invest in a jock strap and a cup.
