Brandon Beachy has arthroscopic elbow surgery

Braves pitcher Brandon Beachy underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right elbow on Thursday. He is expected to be ready to pitch in spring training, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Beachy finished with a 2-1 record, 4.50 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 23:4 K:BB ratio in 30 innings over five starts.
