Brian McCann on concussion DL

The Yankees have placed catcher Brian McCann on the 7-day concussion disabled list. He sustained the head injury Friday night against Cleveland.

The concussion kills the momentum McCann had gathered recently. He is on a five-game hitting streak with two home runs, five runs scored and four RBI.
