The Cubs activated outfielder David DeJesus from the 15-day disabled list Wednesday. He will lead off and play center field in the team's Wednesday game against the Diamondbacks.
DeJesus has been out since June 14 due to a shoulder sprain. He has hit .260/.318/.445 with six home runs, 21 RBI and three stolen bases in 200 at-bats.
