The Angels announced they have acquired outfielder David DeJesus from the Rays on Tuesday. DeJesus has had a solid year so far in 2015, batting .259 with a .323 on-base percentage.

The Angels have successfully re-tooled their outfield, acquiring DeJesus, David Murphy and Shane Victorino in less than 24 hours. 

In return, the Rays are receiving minor-league pitcher Eduar Lopez. The right-hander made eight starts with the Angels' rookie league team this season. He went 2-2 with a 4.32 ERA in 33 1/3 innings.
