Brewers pitcher Matt Garza didn't factor in to the decision Tuesday, giving up one earned run on five hits and two walks in seven innings and striking out two in his team's 5-1 loss to the Rays.

Garza surrendered just a solo home run in the sixth inning while facing his old team, but the offense couldn't muster more than a single run before the Rays broke the game open in the eighth. Garza owns a 3.74 ERA and 100:43 K:BB ratio in 139 2/3 innings. He's scheduled to face the Giants next Tuesday.
