Last week, Phillies outfielder Marlon Byrd paid tribute to Philadelphia 76ers great Allen Iverson by wearing his jersey during batting practice. On Wednesday, Rays manager and Pennsylvania native Joe Maddon paid homage to AI by reenacting -- remixing, really -- his infamous "we're talking about practice" rant. Behold:

Maddon gets an "A" for effort, I'll give him that. Here's the Iverson rant, which I'm sure you've seen about a thousand times by now:

Maddon has become something of an actor this spring, as he reennacted Mike Gundy's "I'm a man, I'm 40" rant last month.

The 76ers retired Iverson's jersey last week.
