Wilson Ramos hits disabled list with Grade 1 hamstring strain

The Nationals placed catcher Wilson Ramos on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday with a Grade 1 hamstring strain.

The doctor said that Ramos would miss seven-to-ten days recovering from the strain, masnsports reports. The team decided to give him a break on the disabled list to recover properly. Jose Lobaton should see regular playing time with Ramos on the shelf.
