Jeff Gelalich: Let go by Reds
Gelalich was released by the Reds on Tuesday, Zach Buchanan of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
This shouldn't come as much of a surprise, as Gelalich just racked up two at-bats for the Reds this spring, going 0-for-2 with a strikeout. The former second-round pick will look to catch on with a minor league deal elsewhere, though he hasn't shown much promise in his previous minor-league stints.
