Phillies' Kelly Dugan: Taken off 40-man roster
Dugan was outrighted off the 40-man roster Monday.
Dugan got his first crack at the Triple-A level in 2015, but carried a line of just .221/.295/.298 in 36 contests. The 25-year-old was much better at Double-A, where he hit .315, but he'll likely get the chance to begin 2016 back in Triple-A.
