Marlins' Franklin Sanchez: Healthy again at High-A
Sanchez (undisclosed) has posted a 7.71 ERA, 2.00 WHIP and 9:8 K:BB in seven innings over six appearances with High-A Beloit since he was assigned to the affiliate after being activated from Double-A Pensacola's 7-day injured list May 16.
Sanchez had spent all season on Pensacola's IL with the unspecified issue before he was cleared to begin a rehab assignment with Single-A Jupiter in early May. After three outings with Jupiter, Sanchez was moved up to the Midwest League and formally activated from the IL. Given Sanchez's struggles in his early appearances with Beloit, he could be a few weeks away from earning a promotion to Pensacola.

Marlins' Franklin Sanchez: Kicks off rehab assignment
Sanchez (undisclosed) began a rehab assignment at Single-A Jupiter on Tuesday and has given up four earned runs on three hits and three walks while striking out three across two innings in his first two appearances with the affiliate.
Sanchez has resided on Double-A Pensacola's injured list all season but looks to be closing in on being activated. As a member of the Mets organization in 2022, the 22-year-old right-hander turned in a 3.79 ERA and 1.37 WHIP while striking out 42 in 35.2 innings between stops at Single-A St. Lucie and High-A Brooklyn.

Marlins' Franklin Sanchez: Shelved at Double-A
Double-A Pensacola placed Sanchez on its 7-day injured list April 6 with an unspecified injury.
Sanchez was able to make his lone appearance of the Marlins' Grapefruit League slate March 14, so he likely picked up the unspecified injury in that contest or at some point over the three weeks that followed. The 22-year-old righty split time between Single-A St. Lucie and High-A Brooklyn as a member of the Mets organization in 2022, submitting 3.79 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 42:21 K:BB across 35.2 innings.
