Anthony Randolph misses practice with sprained ankle

Nuggets forward Anthony Randolph was held out of practice Sunday due to a sprained ankle, the team announced.

Randolph played 15 minutes in each of the team's first two games, and his absence from practice compounds the team's injury issues at small forward.
