Magic trim roster to 15

The Magic cut four players from the roster Friday, in order to get the roster down to size prior to the start of the season. The Magic waived Mickell Gladness, Manny Harris, Kris Joseph and Romero Osby, leaving them with 15 players on the roster as the season begins.
