Raptors forward Steve Novak was held out Wednesday against the Grizzlies in Memphis because of a back injury.
Novak has been bothered by the injury all season and has been limited only three games. Head coach Dwayne Casey wants to get Novak to practice one more time before he returns to action, according to the Toronto Sun.
The Raptors will play the Bulls on Friday. His status remains uncertain for that game.
