Don't let anyone tell you that Miami Heat guard Goran Dragic isn't tough. Dragic got hit in the face by Spencer Dinwiddie Tuesday night, and lost his front tooth (which had been knocked out before). If that happened to me, I would freak out. Did Dragic freak out?

He did not.

He showed the official, to complain about the no-call, then threw it on the sideline and kept playing. He finished the game, even, a Heat victory at Detroit.

So you can count on Dragic having the dental work done to replace that tooth sometime in the next two days, but it shouldn't keep him from being available for the playoffs. Miami can clinch the No. 3 seed with a win Wednesday vs. the Celtics, or fall to sixth in a certain scenario.

And may I just say again: "Ow."
