WATCH: Knicks' Derrick Williams dunks on the Nets a lot
The Knicks may have lost but they put on a great show.
In a battle for the greater New York area that hasn't been relevant in years, the New York Knicks ended up falling to the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center on Wednesday. The Knicks, playing without Carmelo Anthony, just couldn't keep the Nets from scoring during key moments of the game when New York badly needed a stop. But they did manage to put on a great show during the game.
A lot of that great show came from Derrick Williams, who unleashed a heavy amount of dunks on the Nets. A couple of them required fancy passes to get him the dunks.
The drop-off pass from Langston Galloway and the lob pass from Jose Calderon were both spectacular finds by Williams' teammates. He finished with 31 points on 11-of-17 shooting in the Knicks' 110-104 loss in Brooklyn.
