  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Falls out of rotation

Jackson (coach's decision) went unused off the bench Wednesday in the Pacers' 112-110 loss to the Magic.

Though Indiana head coach Rick Carlisle used 11 players Wednesday, Jackson wasn't included among the group, as the return of Ben Sheppard (calf) from an 11-game absence left no available minutes on the wing. Even if Sheppard hadn't returned, Jackson might have been at risk of falling out of the rotation anyway, after he had been limited to just four minutes of garbage-time run in the Pacers' previous game Monday against the Rockets. Jackson is on a two-way deal with Indiana, so if his playing time remains scarce at the NBA level in future contests, he could be assigned to the G League's Noblesville Boom in order to pick up meaningful minutes.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Moves to bench role

Jackson is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Heat.

Jackson started Friday's loss to the Celtics, but he'll move back to the bench for this contest. The two-way player is averaging 4.0 points per game in his three outings off the bench this season, so he shouldn't carry a lot of upside.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Starting Friday

Jackson is starting Friday's game against the Celtics.

The Pacers are giving Jackson a look in the first unit as opposed to Ethan Thompson. Jackson has averaged 11.8 points, 4.2 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 23.5 minutes per contest across five games as a starter this season.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Shifting to bench

Jackson isn't in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Celtics, Sean Grande of NBC Sports Boston reports.

Jackson has started the Pacers' last two games, but he'll rotate to the bench for Monday's clash. Ethan Thompson will enter the starting lineup in Jackson's place.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Late addition to starting lineup

Jackson is starting Thursday's game against the Knicks, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Ethan Thompson was initially listed in the starting lineup, but Jackson was on the court for tipoff. It's unclear if Thompson is dealing with some sort of injury or if the Pacers simply decided to shuffle the starting five.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Plays eight minutes in blowout loss

Jackson (hamstring) tallied one point (0-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and three rebounds across eight minutes in Sunday's 108-89 loss to the Wizards.

After an extended absence due to a right hamstring strain, Jackson had been upgraded to available for the Pacers' previous game Friday against the 76ers, but he was left out of the rotation in a 10-point loss. He remained on the bench for the entire first half of Sunday's contest before checking into the game early in the third quarter in what was his first appearance at the NBA level since Nov. 3. Jackson wasn't particularly productive during his time on the court, but it wouldn't be surprising if he eventually earned more playing time on the wing at the expense of fellow two-way player Ethan Thompson or journeyman Garrison Mathews.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Available Friday

Jackson (hamstring) is available for Friday's game against the 76ers.

Jackson will return to action for the parent club for the first time since Nov. 3 due to a right hamstring strain. The two-way player was able to play for the G League's Noblesville Boom on Thursday, posting 14 points, five assists and one rebound across 16 minutes. He'll likely serve as a depth piece behind Andrew Nembhard and T.J. McConnell and isn't guaranteed to see significant burn.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Iffy for Friday

Jackson (hamstring) is questionable for Friday's game against the 76ers.

Jackson logged 14 points, one rebound and five assists in 16 minutes Thursday night for the Noblesville Boom, and he'll now meet the team in Philly with the hope of suiting up Friday. The team should have official word on his availability closer to tipoff.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Will play in G League

Jackson (hamstring) will be available for Thursday's G League game against the Wisconsin Herd, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Jackson has been sidelined since Nov. 3 with a hamstring strain, but coach Rick Carlisle said he's ramping up well. Following Thursday's G League game, Jackson will then travel to Philadelphia for Friday's NBA game against the 76ers.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Not playing Monday

Jackson (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Kings.

Jackson continues to be sidelined by a right hamstring strain, which has prevented him from playing in a regular-season game since Nov. 3 against the Bucks. He has progressed enough in his recovery to ramp up his practice activity, which gives him a chance to return Friday against the 76ers.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Active in practice

Head coach Rick Carlisle said Jackson (hamstring) did some work at Sunday's practice, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.

The 27-year-old guard hasn't played since Nov. 3 due to a right hamstring strain, though he appears to be trending in the right direction. While Dopirak relayed that Jackson will "probably" remain on the shelf against the Kings on Monday, he should be considered day-to-day moving forward. If he's ultimately ruled out for Monday, his next chance to return will come Friday against the 76ers.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Still out with hamstring injury

Jackson (hamstring) will remain out for Monday's game against the Cavaliers.

Jackson hasn't played since Nov. 3 due to a right hamstring strain, and the Pacers haven't provided a clear target date for when he might suit up again. According to Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star, head coach Rick Carlisle said Nov. 24 that Jackson was making progress in his recovery, though Carlisle added that the 27-year-old guard wouldn't return until "maybe in the next couple of weeks sometime." With that in mind, Jackson appears unlikely to be available for any of the Pacers' three games this week.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Still out vs. Hornets

Jackson (hamstring) won't play in Wednesday's game against the Hornets.

Jackson continues to battle a strained hamstring, which will keep him out for an eighth straight game. With the guard carrying an uncertain timeline for a return, the Pacers will likely continue to give Ben Sheppard significant playing time in the backcourt.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Another absence coming

Jackson (hamstring) will miss Monday's game against the Pistons.

Jackson continues to be ruled out a day in advance of games, and this will be his seventh straight absence. He's questionable at best to return Wednesday against Charlotte, as he has yet to return to practice.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Still out Saturday

Jackson (hamstring) will remain on the inactive list for Saturday's game versus the Raptors.

Jackson is set to miss his sixth straight game Saturday, and the Pacers have not provided any updates on where he stands in his recovery from a right hamstring strain. Once healthy, the 27-year-old may be in line for a minor role in the rotation with Andrew Nembhard and T.J. McConnell having recently returned from injuries to help restore the Pacers' depth at point guard.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Will be out for a while

Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle said that Jackson (hamstring) will be out for "a while," as he's set to miss at least the next five games for Indiana, Alex Golden of the 'Setting the Pace' podcast reports.

Carlisle said that Jackson, who has already been ruled out for Wednesday's game, will skip the Pacers' upcoming four-game road trip. Carlisle also acknowledged that Jackson's absence could extend beyond the road trip, so if you grabbed him after his big game, now would be the time to return Jackson to the waiver wire.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Won't play Wednesday

Jackson (hamstring) will not play Wednesday against the Nets.

Jackson officially has a strain after leaving Monday's 117-115 loss to the Bucks. It's not clear how long he'll be sidelined for, but hamstring injuries can linger if not treated carefully. Ben Sheppard and RayJ Dennis could see more minutes in the meantime for an injury-plagued Indiana squad.

  • Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Does not return Monday

Jackson (hamstring) did not return to Monday's 117-115 loss to the Bucks, finishing with seven points (1-4, 0-1 3Pt, 5-7 FT), four assists and two rebounds in 20 minutes.

Jackson went straight back to the locker room after tweaking his hamstring Monday, and given the tricky nature of these injuries, it wouldn't be shocking if he missed Wednesday's game in Brooklyn. The Pacers are expected to provide an update on the two-way player's status by Tuesday night. If he's ultimately ruled out for Wednesday's contest, that could allow Ben Sheppard to return to the starting five.
