Cecil Shorts not seen at Friday practice

Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts was not a participant in the open portion of Friday's practice, as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury. Shorts has yet to practice this week, leaving his status for Week 2 against Washington in doubt.
