Broncos receiver Wes Welker, who missed the final three regular-season games after suffering his second concussion this season, wore a noticeably larger helmet in the playoff win over the Chargers. Welker caught six passes for 38 yards and a touchdown but dropped two throws.

Welker suffered the concussions on Nov. 17 and Dec. 9. He'll face his former team, the Patriots, in next Sunday's AFC Championship Game.
