  • Cardinals' Andre Chachere: Claimed by Arizona

The Cardinals claimed Chachere off waivers Tuesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

Chachere will head to Arizona where he'll reunite with Jonathan Gannon, whom the 2018 undrafted free agent spent the past two years playing under in Philadelphia. The 27-year-old appeared in seven games last season and recorded five tackles (three solo) while playing almost exclusively on special teams and will likely have a similar role during the upcoming campaign.

  • Andre Chachere: Let go by Philadelphia

Chachere was waived by the Eagles on Monday.

Chachere will head to waivers after spending the past two years in Philadelphia. The 27-year-old logged five tackles (three solo) in seven games while playing almost exclusively on special teams last season. Chachere will try to catch on with another team and should bring value on special teams wherever he ends up.

  • Eagles' Andre Chachere: Clears COVID-19 protocols

Chachere was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 Monday, Jillian Oddo of the Eagles' official site reports.

Chachere has mostly contributed on special teams this season, although he did play 30% of the defensive snaps in Week 16 before entering protocols on Dec. 27. Now healthy, Chachere should suit up Saturday against the Cowboys.

  • Eagles' Andre Chachere: Placed on reserve/COVID-19 list

Chacere (illness) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.

Chachere logged a season-high 23 defensive snaps in Sunday's win over the Giants, though he still recorded only one tackle. He's served primarily on special teams to this point in the campaign, and it's possible that he could clear protocols in time for Philadelphia's Week 17 game against Washington.
