Chandon Herring: Waived with injury settlement
The Titans waived Herring (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Tuesday, independent NFL journalist Aaron Wilson reports.
Herring was previously waived with an injury designation and reverted to the Titans' injured reserve after clearing waivers. The two parties have now agreed on an injury settlement, which will give the undrafted rookie out of BYU a chance to join a new team when he is healthy.

Herring (undisclosed) was waived/injured by the Titans on Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
The undrafted rookie out of BYU will land on injured reserve if he clears waivers. He won't play this season unless he reaches an injury settlement with the Titans.
