Christian Scotland-Williamson: Clears waivers
Scotland-Williamson (undisclosed) has cleared waivers after being cut by the Steelers with a non-football injury designation Monday, per the NFL's official transactions report.
Scotland-Williamson spent most of the 2019 campaign on Pittsburgh's practice squad, but he wasn't able to stick with the team for the duration of the 2020 offseason. When healthy, he'll be free to search for a depth role elsewhere in the league.

Scotland-Williamson has been waived by the Steelers.
Scotland-Williamson was unable to make the Steelers' roster in 2019 and spent the majority of the season on their practice squad. It looked like he was trending toward a similar situation this year, but it turns out he will need to find a new destination for an opportunity.

Steelers' Christian Scotland-Williamson: Remaining in Pittsburgh
Scotland-Williamson signed a reserve/future contract with the Steelers on Monday, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.
The 26-year-old was unable to make Pittsburgh's season-opening roster, but he ended up back with the team on the practice squad. Scotland-Williamson has yet to make his NFL debut.
