Brewers' Brandon Woodruff: Placed on disabled list

Woodruff was placed on the 10-day disabled list Tuesday with right hamstring tightness.

It turns out that the pregame injury that caused Woodruff to be scratched from his MLB debut Tuesday against the Cardinals is severe enough to warrant a trip to the disabled list. Paulo Espino was recalled from Triple-A Colorado Springs in a corresponding move.
