Taylor connected on his first home run of the season in the second inning but was unproductive in his other two at-bats with two strikeouts. Despite the lack of homers, Taylor is slashing a solid .288/.362/.441 with an OPS over .800, a threshold he's only reached twice in his previous nine seasons.
