Pirates' Jared Oliva: Moves into bench role

Oliva is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.

Oliva had started in four of the Pirates' final six games before the All-Star break, but he's been on the bench for three straight contests to kick off the second half. The 25-year-old looks like he'll be limited to a depth role in the outfield now that Gregory Polanco (hip) is healthy again.
