Red Sox's Caleb Hamilton: Remains in organization

Hamilton cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Worcester on Sunday, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.

The 28-year-old was recently designated for assignment but will stick in the organization after passing through waivers unclaimed. Hamilton spent a couple weeks with the big club and went 0-for-5 with a walk.
