Peacock (illness) will go on a rehab assignment before being activated from the COVID-19 injured list, Lynn Worthy of The Kansas City Star reports.
Peacock was one of three Royals relievers to enter the virus protocol. The right-hander will likely be sidelined for a few more days before he's able to return, though Worthy notes he was in the clubhouse Tuesday, indicating he's over his bout with the virus.
