Royals' Samad Taylor: Sent back to minors

Taylor was optioned to Triple-A Omaha on Monday.

Taylor has slashed only .200/.279/.267 over 31 games with the big club this season. The Royals haven't yet announced a corresponding move, but Nick Pratto (groin/hip) is expected back from the 10-day injured list any day.
