Twins' Bailey Ober: Placed on 60-day IL

Ober (groin) was placed on the 60-day injured list Saturday, Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reports.

This doesn't change anything for Ober, who hasn't pitched since June 1, but it does open up a 40-man roster spot for Minnesota. The tall righty has not yet started throwing off a mound but was expected to start playing catch this weekend.
